RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you’re not totally obsessed with your Nasimi Designs purchase, you may exchange or return it for store credit only within 7 days of purchase.
We understand how important it is to love what you buy! Please note, all items will only be exchanged if you meet the following requirements:
-The jewelry must be unworn.
-The original tag needs to be attached.
-Nasimi Designs inspects all merchandise for defects, damage, and discoloration prior to shipment so it is the customer’s responsibility to contact us immediately about any imperfections
To start a return, you can contact us at support@nasimidesigns.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label to send back the original item for exchange, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
-All shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the order was damaged, then you will be refunded for the shipping cost)
-We provide FREE Return Labels for all U.S. Orders.

If it's an exchange, our team will process the exchange and create the new order. You won't have to do anything. If you are returning for store credit, you will receive an email with your store credit code.

You can use your store credit code at checkout on your next order. Your store credit cannot be combined with any other codes. It cannot be used toward shipping charges, only toward product. The store credit must be used one time only and in its entirety. If there is a balance left, we won't be able to issue another code. So please make sure to use it in its entirety.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you would like to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible. This does not guarantee a cancellation, but if the order has not shipped, we will gladly cancel and refund your payment.
